2.You should not change the product's code block by yourself within the maintenance period, in case you do so, we will not offer both troubleshooting &maintenance services.
3.After-sale maintenance: Theme & Plug-ins will be done in 7 working days, whereas customized theme & plug-ins will take about 3 months to be accomplished. However, after 3 months of the maintenance period, this service will not free, the customer will be charged accordingly in case of need.
4.In case you are in need of an after-sale technical support service, please via your personal center report the below information to the technician in charge: Login account for the monitor, FTP, Account used to control website's back-end.
5.Due to the reason for both client & internet, we don't support any form of Desktop Remote Manipulation, for instance, QQ desktop remote. If you meet this sort of problem, please report this issue to the technician in charge via your personal center.
6. Confirm the version of Prestashop you need before payment because we don't provide a refund, except it is an application quality problem.
